Away Days for small or large groups

Away Days are common in the corporate world and very useful in getting people out of their normal environment, doing something different.
At Meon Springs, we can organise Away Days that can be entirely for fun or involve a work aspect as well. You can choose from a number of different activities for your away day, some of which might involve meeting space, team development and work others can be just for fun.

out the office

If you just want to get out the office for a few hours and a bit of fun, you might be interested in an evening barbecue for your team by our lakes, or more formal dining in The Long Barn. Or perhaps your looking for something simple like a shooting session or maybe a woodland back to nature experience.

Team Development

At Meon Springs we offer comprehensive Leadership and Teambuilding Workshops. These are events where you and your team can really explore what leadership and teambuilding really are.
To make a great event, they can be combined with activities, such as our newly developed Escape Room, which will be challenging and fun for your team.

IN THE WOODS
|
Much of our team work these days seems to be Woodland & Bushcraft, where we have a dedicated centre for woodland and team-building activities from woodland crafts to sitting around the campfire drinking beer.
Activities can be done throughout the day and evening and you can stay overnight to make it a Woodland Retreat. |
