Team Building Activities can be built into your company Away Day, Conference, Corporate Retreat or you can run a specific and bespoke Team Building Day or Half Day at Meon Springs.

ICE BREAKERS

At the start of every meeting or new experience, there will be people feeling distracted, not engaged and not particularly enjoying it.

The purpose of good ice breaking activities is to overcome this and get attendees to get to know each other in a fun and interactive way. 

20 minutes of relevance

If you're running a meeting and you need to focus your team an emphasise a point, we may be able to help. We have plenty of games and puzzles to enable your team to engage, focus and respond.

These exercises help open up a discussion around trust, which is the bedrock of all strong teams.

1300 Lunch in the Long Barn
1400 JUST FOR FUN - something that lets people unwind - perhaps clay shooting or an art activity
1600 WAY FORWARD - a chance to reflect on the day and take home the important things
