OFF SITES AND AWAY DAYS
"HELPING TEAMS SEE THINGS DIFFERENTLY"
Whether it be for your quarterly off-site review or a team building away day, Meon Springs can design a different and fun experience for all involved.
Your away day or off-site could be purely for fun, in which case you may choose to have a day or half day of Clay Shooting, Fly Fishing or join us for a Cast and Blast.
For a good team bonding experience, you may decide that a Campfire Dinner in the Woods might be a good idea or you may prefer dining in The Long Barn or perhaps a steak barbecue at the fly fishery.
If you have work objectives, you can use our meeting space (large or small) to discuss and solve your challenges and if you would like support, please take a look at our Team Development pages, to see what we can offer.
Away Days and Offsites can be extended to include over night accommodation in either our Yurt Village, Shepherd's Huts or in the woods as part of a Woodland Retreat.
Alternative local accommodation can also be found.

why meet off-site?
It may be easier to book an on-site meeting room, however:
Interruptions - the rest of your organisation knows you're on-site and can always knock on the door.
Stagnation - Many teams spend most of their working life based out of one building. If you want to develop something different - find a new place to do it.
Establishes an occasion. A well-run off-site is something memorable that should enhance your messages and development.
Networking. In this day and age, many teams work remotely and don't really get to know each other. In an off-site, that all changes, making future collaboration on projects much smoother.
