SUMMERTIME HARVEST BARBECUE
Our Summertime Harvest Barbecue evening can be enjoyed on Thursday 18th August 2022 at Meon Springs Fly Fishery. The evening includes local meats and salads and vegetarian options. Beers and Wines are included in the price.
From the kitchen - Starters - Fresh baguette bread and olives. Mains -Steak, sausages, burgers from a local butcher. Freshly prepared salads and potatoes. Dessert - A Bolly special sponge - or strawberries and cream. Vegetarian and vegan options available. |

Enjoy an evening of authentic Mediterranean Iraqi Table in the casual atmosphere of Meon Springs Fly Fishery lodge, overlooking the lakes.
From the kitchen -
Starters - Oven baked bread, hand scooped falafel and kubba, stuffed vine leaves with banana shallots.
Mains - Chicken tikka, lamb/beef shish, homemade hummus, homemade baggabanush (eggplant), fatush salad and tapulah.
Dessert - I am not making baklava! So, you can choose from saffron based ice cream, with pistachio, sprinkled with rose water and rose petals. Served with gahwa and chai.
Vegetarian and vegan options available.
Bolly's Bistro is run by husband and wife team, Bolly and Zed. Everything will be cooked on a charcoal barbecue
Arrive from 7pm for a glass of Prosecco. Dinner served at 7.30pm.
