It is for this reason that we have developed the ELITE Graduate programmes designed to give participants a full grounding in the ELITE themes (Engaging mind brain and body, Leadership and Teamwork, Intelligent thinking, Transforming performance and Excelling under pressure). in a fun and transformative way.

Generation X

The Meon Springs ELITE Graduate programme usually begins on a Monday evening at Meon Springs Yurt Village with an hour or so of introductions followed by a barbecue around the campfire. 

​This is the chill out, relax phase.  The getting to know each other before embarking on three days of highly structured exploration and activities to bring out and shine the ELITE talents everyone already has.

​ The aim, by the end of the week the aim is for attendees to transform from a group of individuals full of reservations and fears to a team of Elite performers relaxed and ready for their real life challenges ahead.

In The Overview Programme, we touch on all the Elite Themes, which can then be more deeply explored in subsequent programmes. 

Participants learn how to engage mind, brain and body in ways that create less anxiety and more flow.  They will be involved in a number of activities to develop leadership and teamwork as well as understand the principles of Intelligent thinking. 

​The biggest benefit is when they gain insights and realisations that transform their way of being and in turn their performance for themselves and their organisation.  This of course will help them excel under pressure.  Another area that we cover in this transformative programme.
