Book Launch - 29th Jan 2027
Andy Moss
On Friday the Friday 29th January 2027 we are very excited to welcome Andy Moss to Meon Springs.
Andy spent 24 years in the British Army, finishing as Regimental Sergeant Major at the Army Training Division’s Leadership School.
Since leaving in 2019, he has held senior leadership and organisational development roles and now runs Oakbridge Consulting, supporting businesses and public sector organisations across the UK. He also delivered a TEDx talk https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GVVVWWfF6ZI on standards and personal accountability in 2026.

Drawing on the experiences of 12 Regimental Sergeant Majors, Andy’s debut book, The Standards You Accept, offers practical lessons on leadership, personal accountability and the standards we set for ourselves and others.

Doors and bar open: 18:30
Talk starts: 19:00, followed by Q&A and the opportunity to buy a signed copy of the book.
