Team Engagement Activities

Sometimes teams need to interact more, have some fun, enjoy a competition and think outside the box.

All of our teambuilding activities, both inside and out, are designed to do that.

Choose from navigating dangerous wetlands, to following tribal trails or navigating cluedo style puzzles and much more.

Clay Shooting

Clay Shooting is an excellent way to add a bit of a Blast to your day and our clay ground is one of e most picturesque shooting locations in the country.

Book a full day, including team flushes or run your shooting session after a morning's meeting with the team.  (They'll be ready to shoot something after that).

Clay shooting is fun and exciting, with plenty of opportunity for light hearted competition and banter.

"It's not a competition - But you missed that one!!"

Fly Fishing

Fly fishing for trout is one of the most relaxing, exciting sports around.  It requires technical skill, knowledge, patience, dexterity and trust.

With fly fishing, we can do anything you want with your team from a fly fishing demonstration to the whole team on the lakes, with instructors, catching their trout supper.

The lakes can also be used for learning and development - we play a game to improve your listening and communication skills.

And when combined with Clay Shooting you get to have a beautiful Cast and Blast day.

Bushcraft and Foraging Walks

Bushcraft events are engaging and different.  They enable people to take in many unique aspects of the outdoor environment and living in the wild.

You can make fire and make dinner at our Bushcraft Centre in the woods, complete with an outdoor kitchen, covered areas and various activity stands.

Or go foraging, learn about nature, outdoor living and country life.

Accuracy Skills

We run sessions of axe throwing and other accuracy skills - catapults, air rifles and archery.

Whether you're trying it for the first time or already have some experience, the sessions are designed to be fast-paced, highly engaging, and suitable for all skill levels.

With expert guidance and a focus on fun, you'll quickly get into the rhythm and enjoy the thrill of hitting your target—whatever it may be!

Wellbeing

Combine wellbeing sessions with other activities. Meon Springs offers yoga, breathwork, sound baths and mindfulness workshops. Explore and learn various tools for overcoming different problems and achieving positive outcomes as well as having had a highly relaxing experience.

Wellbeing Sessions are, of course are a key experience on the Realise Wellbeing Programme.

Art Workshops

Through engaging in artistic activities,  participants  explore their creative side.  The sessions are informative, humorous and all engaging.  As they fall into a natural flow state, where time just disappears, many participants are surprised at what they achieve and the progress they make in a short period of time.

A range of artistic skills and techniques can be added to any Away Day or Corporate Retreat including collage, gel plating, batik, stick and ink painting, still life and more.
