Activities & Workshops
Creating an amazing Away Day, Corporate Retreat or Learning Programme involves combining different elements in a powerful way to achieve your desired outcomes.

Below are a range of activities and workshops you can choose as part or your Away Day, Corporate Retreat or Learning Programme.
Fishing and Shooting
Fly Fishing and Clay Shooting are regular activities at Meon Springs and are used to add a combination of excitement and relaxation on a corporate away day or retreat. The clay ground comprises of seven highly different shooting stands that challenge participants in different ways. There is normally a healthy element of competition with clay shooting. Fly fishing is professionally instructed, with the aim that everyone has had a good chance to catch a fish by the end of the session. There is plenty of time for connection, conversation or natural mindfulness on a fly fishing session.

Fishing and Shooting activities are key components to The Cast and Blast Away Day.
Bushcraft and Nature
Bushcraft and Nature events are becoming more and more popular. The aim is to allow participants to take in many aspects of the outdoor environment and living in the wild. Meon Springs has a unique Bushcraft Centre in the woods, complete with an outdoor kitchen, covered areas and various activity stands. It is a place from which to go foraging, learn to fire-make, form utensils out of greenwood, prepare food from wild ingredients, learn about nature, outdoor living and forest life.having a drink and a chat with your team or friends.
Bushcraft and Nature activities are extensively used in the "Realise Wellbeing Programme" and the Away Day - "Outdoor Living".
Puzzles and Challenges
Teams that engage in practical activities that also include thinking out the box have a lot of fun whilst also opening up and making strong connections with others. Meon Springs offers a number of puzzles and challenges, including an "Indoor/Outdoor Escape room and a Tribal Trail to achieve just that. These require individuals to collaborate and work together, think out of the box, trust each other (or not!!), become "One" as a team and significantly improve clarity in communication and leadership.

Puzzles and challenges are extensively used in the "Realise Teamwork Programme".
Barn Chats
Meon Springs Chats are facilitated discussions designed to help teams overcome roadblocks and see beyond their problems. These sessions are led by experienced facilitators and coaches who are skilled at helping people remove personal biases and experience different perspectives, giving them a broader vision from which better plans and strategies often emerge.

Meon Springs Chats can be held in different environments; traditional farm buildings, at sunset round a campfire, walking in nature, in an authentic Mongolian Yurt or on a bike ride or even on a tractor. Meon Springs Chats can create huge shifts and insights and are a powerful element that we add on The Realise Leadership Programme.
Wellbeing Sessions
Combine wellbeing sessions with other activities. Meon Springs offers yoga, breathwork, sound baths and mindfulness workshops. Explore and learn various tools for overcoming different problems and achieving positive outcomes as well as having had a highly relaxing experience.

Wellbeing Sessions are, of course are a key experience on the Realise Wellbeing Programme.
Art Sessions
Through engaging in artistic activities, participants explore their creative side. The sessions are informative, humorous and all engaging. As they fall into a natural flow state, where time just disappears, many participants are surprised at what they achieve and the progress they make in a short period of time.

A range of artistic skills and techniques are often included on our Realise Wellbeing Programme and can be added to any Away Day or Corporate Retreat including collage, gel plating, batik, stick and ink painting, still life and more.
