They are delivered in four different forms:

• ​Director - For leaders and decision makers, who have an influence over the structure and direction of the business we aim to help you develop the organisational structure and culture where learning and development is just natural.
  
  
• Team - For teams, we bespoke the ELITE themes to focus on helping the team develop in the most productive way for them.
  
  
• Graduate - We offer structured, certificated programmes to develop and enhance all the ELITE Skills for new entrants and developing individuals in your business.
  
  
• Retreats - We offer retreat style programmes for individuals to explore the concepts in a reflective and relaxed way.
  
  

The benefits of booking any of our ELITE programmes are not so much to learn a whole set of new techniques and skills (although you will learn plenty of techniques and skills).

The benefits are more about the personal insights, realisations and transformations you have as a result of allowing yourself and team to spend some time in a  unique outdoor environment exploring powerful concepts, experiencing new things and having a lot of fun in the process.

Our ELITE programmes make full use of the outdoors, including accommodation in Mongolian Yurts at Meon Springs Yurt Village and Shepherd's Huts located by the lake.
