Chosen for it’s location, comfort and facilities, Cbeebies “The Big Green Balloon Club Winter Special” came glamping at Meon Springs in the deep mid-winter.
Glamping Facilities
Glamping is the new word for luxury camping and luxury camping is seriously comfortable at Meon Springs.
Each yurts sleep up to six people in any combination of singles and/or doubles. Duvets, pillows, bedding and blankets are supplied.
The yurts are well stocked with cooking equipment, crockery, cups and cutlery and a cooking hob and outside BBQ.
In The Yurtery, you have your own fridge and access to a fully equipped kitchen. All you need to bring is towels and food, which you can organise when you book, by doing an online shopping order with Tesco or Ocado.
We provide all the wood for your woodburner and campfire. We also supply one bag of charcoal and one box of fire lighters.
About Our Glamping Village
The yurt village, located amongst the trees, has some great facilities:
- Piping hot showers.
- Toilets, close to each yurt.
- A large kitchen, for the Sunday roast, or larger meals.
- A fridge for each yurt.
- Chill out areas both inside and out.
- A communal campfire.
The yurt can be lit at night by candles or bedside electric lights and add to the “glamping” experience they also have sockets (great for hair straighteners and a mobile recharge).
When you book, you can make an online food order to Tesco, or Ocado and your provisions will be delivered at your chosen time.
