We are open from 8am in the morning until sunset.
So long as you’re receiving email updates, with notices of lake restrictions, there is no need to book. Just turn up and fish.
And, unlike most fisheries, we operate a fish credit system, so rather than paying for a half day or whole day, you pay a single visit fee of £14 and buy (a minimum of two) fish credits at £7.50 each.
If you don’t catch your fish, the credits remain valid for subsequent visits, which is great when you are learning or on those days, when the trout are simply playing hard to get.
This, with the inclusion of Catch and Release on Meon Beat in the ticket, means you’ll get great value whether the fish are quick to the line or playing hard to get.
As mentioned before, you’ve no need to book for fishing at Meon Springs, unless your day includes tuition.
It is however worth signing up for our weekly Updates to ensure that the lakes are not restricted for corporate events or maintenance.
