Celebrate a Life
At certain times in our life we all experience events that are significant.  Some of these are wonderful and joyful, such as the birth of a child others are tender yet exciting, such as a new marriage.  Others, such as a death, are of course sad and difficult to come to terms with.

At Meon Springs we offer the opportunity to dedicate trees as a mark of these events and a focal point that can be re-visited for years to come by you or your friends and family.

For a child
The birth or baptism of a child is a beautiful event and dedicating a tree can be a great gift as he or she grows up.  We dedicated a tree to our daughter, Flora, when she was born.  The dedication message was simply: 

“Flora’s Tree”. 

She is now four and love visiting her tree and showing her friends where it is.  She imagines that she is in Mr Mc. Gregor’s garden as she runs around full of childish fun.


For your partner
Dedicating a tree costs money and you don’t want to do it unless it’s for a very special person or to mark a very special event. 

Caroline dedicated a tree to her partner with the following message.

“How chained to one by the bonds of love, I could feel so free”


For a couple
When you dedicate a tree to a couple, you are giving a beautiful gift that will grow and flourish with their relationship.  A great time to do this is on an anniversary or as a marriage gift.


In memoriam
Many people find dedicating a tree in our valley a therapeutic way of remembering a loved one.  We are very understanding of the trauma that losing someone can cause and provide a beautiful space for people to be remembered.

You may scatter ashes around your tree and hold a small ceremony if you wish.
