Slow Cycling in Hampshire

More than just hiring a bike.
If you love the idea of getting out on two wheels, yet are a bit daunted by extreme hill climbing and mountain biking, then Slow Cycling is for you.
Whether it be taking it easy down the Meon Valley Railway Route, or following the Village Pub Route, your day of Slow Cycling from Meon Springs will be enjoyable and fun.
"We took our two children, aged five and eight, up the South Downs Way path to Old Winchester Hill. On the way, we visited the hidden Geocache on side of the track then cruised all the way down to the old disused railway line that runs along the Meon Valley from Wickham to West Meon. We took the direction towards West Meon, where we stopped for a well earned packet of crisps and drink at The Thomas Lord pub before making the final push back to Meon Springs.
"All in all the trip took around four hours, we had two tired yet fulfilled children and an adventure to remember."
