Family gatherings
Family holidays is what we do best and gathering a group of families at our Yurt Village to celebrate an event or just to get together is just pure fun....

Hen Do
We are more than happy to accept groups of responsible, well behaved girls, who wish to celebrate a pre-nuptial Hen Do.
As well as relax and chat, there is plenty that can be arranged to make the whole experience fun and worthwhile.
- Hire in our local beauticians for manicures, pedicures and facials.
- Organise a wine tasting in our corporate room at the fishery.
- Theme your yurts - one group made them into different countries, which was fun.
- Book a Meon Springs Activity - Fishing, Shooting, Archery, Milking.
You must be aware that noise easily travels in the countryside at night. Therefore, we insist that you are quiet when outside at night. Also we do not allow sound systems, inside or out.
So as not to take away from the Yurting Experience of others, we can accept Hen Do bookings for up to three yurts or for the whole Yurt Village.
ADULT GROUPS
As a base to enjoy a range of activities in the countryside, Meon Springs is ideal.
- Go Bird Watching, with an Expert to help you identify them all.
- Learn the different tree varieties and the nature they support.
- As above - do a wine tasting, or visit a local vineyard.
- Simply enjoy strolling around our beautiful valley.
As a group of adults, you will also be able to take advantage of our Seasonal Discounts, which are available mid-week (four nights for the price of three) and when the kids are at school. Take a look at our booking and availability calendar.
WALKING AND CYCLING GROUPS
Based on the South Downs Way and surrounded by beautiful hilly countryside, with lanes, footpaths and bridleways Meon Springs Yurt Village is just perfect to meet as a group of walkers or cyclists.
We can provide you with routes, maps and ideas, from gentle trips out with lots of country pubs and relaxation to demanding 100 milers such as The Hampshire Hilly Hundred or The South Downs Way itself.
ANGLERS
Our Yurt Village is an ideal base for your Fishing Group to put together a holiday to enjoy the best of the South's Stillwaters.
You can fish at our own Meon Springs Fly Fishery, where we major in providing an excellent day out for anglers of all abilities as well as specialise in Experience Days, Tuition and developing your skills.
Or you can visit a number of other fisheries such as Moorhen, a similar kind of fishery just a couple of miles down the road or for bigger fish you can try Avington or Dever Springs.
What's more you can bring the family, rest assured that there is plenty for them to do and enjoy, whilst you get tangled in your passion...
