Team Days
Innovation flourishes when people are in a relaxed and resourceful state and at Meon Springs you will be immersing your team in the perfect environment to achieve that.
We have business facilities, with internet access, where you can hold a meeting or make a presentation before going out to crack a few clays or catch a trout or two.
We also offer events, using facilitators and coaches to develop and improve the team's performance back at work.
One such event is our Peak Performance Day, whereby you spend the morning studying accelerated learning techniques combined with heartmath (a scientifically proven technique that reduces stress and improves performance under pressure) and then, after lunch, enroll in a session of fully tutored fly-fishing or clay shooting, which will give you the opportunity to put the techniques into practice. At the end of the day you will feel great and have learnt practical skills that can be used on a daily basis to improve your performance in both work and sport.
Food and Drink
Dining is an important part of any corporate day, whether it be for your clients, your team or a group of friends. It is also a personal thing. At Meon Springs, many people will choose from our homemade farmhouse menu as outlined below, however some prefer a buffet lunch, sandwiches or a spicy curry. Whatever it is, Alison and Claire will prepare and serve it to the highest standard.
Farmhouse menu
