Client Days

A client day at Meon Springs enables you to spend quality time with your most valued customers in a fun and relaxing environment.

On a client day with us, you get a good balance of relaxation and excitement from fly-fishing and clay pigeon shooting. You may choose a whole or half day of one or both the activities.

Our most popular client day is The Cast & Blast, that involves a morning’s fishing and afternoon’s shooting. The full, professional instruction makes the day suitable for both novices and experts and the combination of events ensures good variety and pace to the day.

Food and Drink
Dining is an important part of any corporate day, whether it be for your clients, your team or a group of friends. It is also a personal thing. At Meon Springs, many people will choose from our homemade farmhouse menu as outlined below, however some prefer a buffet lunch, sandwiches or a spicy curry. Whatever it is, Alison and Claire will prepare and serve it to the highest standard.

Farmhouse menu

On arrival:
Bacon rolls or pastries with tea and coffee. Alternatively, you can book a full English breakfast.

For lunch:
A homemade cottage pie, using locally sourced ingredients and prepared on the farm or sometimes a lighter dish such as lasagna or, particularly in the summer, a steak barbecue served with bread rolls, potatoes and fresh salads.

For afternoon tea:
Scones with cream and jam or home-made cake, with tea or coffee.

In the evening:
If it fits your day better we can provide an evening meal or barbecue instead or as well as lunch.

When you book, please let us know of any vegetarians and those with special dietary needs.
