Barbecues

During the Summer many groups enjoy a good barbecue. Our meat is purchased from the local butcher in West Meon, who is renowned for his excellent burgers and sausages. You can choose from a simple burger in a bun kind of barbecue to our infamous steak barbecue that includes prime cuts of British steak, home-made salads and new potatoes.

Home-made Farmhouse Dishes

On the fringes of Summer and during in the Winter many groups prefer more wholesome home-made cooking. At these times, Alison or Clare will make and provide for you a wholesome Cottage Pie or Beef Bourginon or we can roast you a side of beef, with roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings. At Christmas time a number of groups enjoy a traditional Christmas dinner, Roast Turkey with all the trimmings, to accompany their day.

Cold Buffets

For many groups, it often works well to do a high class seafood buffet- smoked salmon mousse, fresh trout, shellfish, langoustine and lobster. Alternatively, we can provide something more traditional, with local meats and pates.

Sandwiches and Ploughmans

For some events, such as work meetings and training sessions, a simple sandwich lunch or ploughmans works best.

Within any of the above, we will happily provide for any special dietary needs.

Party Food

For groups of children, we can organise simple party food, so that you don't have to.

Hire our Equipment

We have some groups that have their own chefs (or aspiring chefs), who simply want to hire some equipment and cater for themselves and we are more than pleased to offer this.

Our kitchen has a commercial cooker, refrigeration and dishwasher. We also have two Weber Barbecues, which you can use.
